 IRA's Chief Executive Officer is Christopher J. Roy, President, CIC, (Certified Insurance Counselor). CIC's are part of an extensive national and international network of highly trained professionals. They are recognized as among the nation's best and most knowledgeable insurance practitioners. Achieving this designation places an agent in the top 1 % of educated insurance professionals.
In addition to holding the CIC designation, Mr. Roy is a licensed Property & Casualty Risk Manager.
 Mr. Roy began his insurance career in February of 1975 with Farm Bureau Insurance Group. He received the Rookie of the Year designation that same year, the highest award available to all new agents. During the next six years with Farm Bureau he received numerous other awards, including Agent of the Year in 1977 for the local General Agency Managers Association.
In January of 1981 he moved to Texas and became an independent contractor with one of the ten largest independent agencies in Dallas where he remained until the fall of 1988 when he and his wife opened their own agency.
Insurance Reduction Analysts was formed in January of 1996 to assist companies in the reduction of their insurance costs.
